REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Frostix purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Certain products (e.g., consumables, clearance items) are non-returnable

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email info@frostix.us.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review and approve your return if eligible.

  3. Ship the product back to our return address (provided via email).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
